Londoners’ Urgent Care Plans can now be accessed across England.
Wednesday 28th April, London: Patients said they wanted their digital urgent care plan to travel across geographical boundaries. Yesterday, Coordinate My Care (CMC) the digital NHS urgent care planning service, responded to this request.
