At CMC, we are constantly looking for ways to improve integration with our health IT partners, right across the health and social care spectrum.
We want to make the service as seamless as possible: so that, when healthcare professionals are working on a care plan, they don’t have to log in and out of different systems; and key information recorded in one format can auto populate into another.
