The CMC governance model supports flexibility around care plan creation and updates. This also enables real time edits and the creation of quality care plans.  

Each user is accountable to their professional body for their engagement and maintenance within a CMC care plan. And each patient is consented to have a plan unless they lack mental capacity when a plan can be created in their best interest.
