Please note, to gain access to CMC, training is mandatory. CMC offers various options for this: Face-to-Face; online; webinar; urgent care training bulletin or by watching the training video.  

System training

System training

A 60 minute session where you can learn about the CMC service, how it works and how you can create, view and update a care plan. This training is mandatory to get access. You can attend a weekly live webinar or arrange a bespoke session for 4 or more attendees.

Sensitive conversations training

A 45-minute session that provides health care professionals with information about when to have sensitive conversations with patient, what to consider before, during and after sensitive conversations, as well as useful examples around conversation starters and structure.

DNACPR

A 45-minute session that focuses on the importance of discussing resuscitation with patients, the history of the DNACPR decisions and the main risks associated with this procedure.

A 30-minute session that focuses on the importance of entering high quality information into CMC Advanced care planning and highlights best practice in providing good quality CMC care plan.
